The FIFA backed "Internationational Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) has released another of its "Best of" lists. This time its the "Best Football (Soccer) Leagues in World Football" in what we have of this 21st Century. The English Premier League started strong this century & leads the classification, but has been caught by the Spanish Football League which is currently second & only 300 points behind. At this pace, & if The Premier League loses steam ( Euro titles etc for its Clubs ), La Liga may overtake & grab the top spot.
